| Kitesurf Biography |
| I started my kitesurfcareer in the year 2002 on the northsea-island Borkum during my education for a hotelmanager in the "Vier-Jahres-Zeiten". And the story goes like this: Walking along the beach I discovered a human beeing drawn by an overdimensional kite on the water. Fascinated in such a way, I decided to learn this sport. Immediately I went to the watersportstation at the beach and so I got the acquaintance of my kiteinstructor Karsten Gallo. This changed my whole life. As an enthusiastic wakeboarder I had a good boardfeeling, so the first successes didn't let me wait for along time. This was crowned by the ninth dayrank at the kiteworldcup 2008 in Sankt Peter - Ording. Half a year later I decided to make my instructor license. So I could spent even more time for this fascinating sport. In the meantime I own the iko-license level 2 senior. At the red sea in egypt I collected a lot of experience as instructor and kite-adventures. Since breathing the air of contests its hard to wait for the next one. |
